Cart Lodge, Stables & Pool House

As part of the Roseyard luxury holiday rental development by MPL the old Stables & Cart Lodge were renovated into beautiful living & bedroom spaces and a new rustic style barn building was constructed to house the pool, gym & relaxation area.

Along with bespoke kitchens by Jack Morris Joinery, Gabriel kept the interiors sensitive to the historic architecture of the buildings & the old brick walls, beams & roof trusses were all preserved and enhanced with beautiful paint colours, quality soft furnishings & new flagstone flooring throughout. Hand made linen headboards & roman blinds add softness and again Gabriel sourced all the art which was particular to each room.

The Stables houses a fun play room, comfortable bedroom & ensuite whilst the Cart Lodge has three bedrooms, a cosy sitting room & stunning kitchen complete with old agricultural tools on the walls, contemporary cabinets, stone worktops & a huge sliding glass door onto the main yard. To the rear is a small terrace with built in wooden bench perfect for a morning coffee. In the Pool House Gabriel chose a moody dark ceiling colour to contrast the lighter walls & limestone floor perfect for an intimate evening swim
