Overlooking the seafront in Deal this was the second project for these clients & consisted of the complete refurbishment of an existing apartment block & the building of two luxury contemporary houses.

The clients’ brief was for a pared back luxury with a modern scandi twist which included a palette of paint colours picking up on the pebble beach outside. Modern contemporary kitchens were fitted with marble worktops & smart bathroom fittings were used throughout as well as bold geometric tiles.

The two new houses had internal crittall screens & white oiled oak floor boards & Gabriel also designed the new metal staircases as well the two bespoke kitchens.

With stunning views across the shingle beach to the sea & France these are light filled modern homes with a warm friendly feel.
